Walking. Yes, taking a walk with both arms swinging naturally by your side has a harmonizing effect on the brain, thus allowing the active body to rejuvenate your mind and creativity simultaneously.
It's continues to assist me to this day, flawlessly.
Oct. 1, 2003, I survived a head on collision with a drunk driver at nearly 50mph. I was 205 lbs. that day. Today, I am 45 lbs. lighter from walking and riding a bike, not eating heavy after 7pm, and pushing away the plate at the first sign of full.
Was it easy, no. But very rewarding.
